Arabic Female Voiceover artist needed for a government project

We are looking to record with a professional and experienced female voiceover artist for a very special government project. 

We will be recording at the end of April/beginning of May in a studio we will book for you in Dubai. 

Accent: Emirati 
Voice quality: Mature (i.e. sounds more ‘middle-aged’) The idea is for a more ‘maternal’ sounding voice
Other specs: Proficiency in both Arabic and English. This includes a general ease in the use of appropriate intonations, clear enunciation and pronunciation.

Selected cast for this project will be paid 8,000 AED, plus additional payment should we require you to come back for additional recording. 

*Ideally, it would be great if we could have one person for both English and Arabic voiceovers i.e. someone who speaks Arabic and English with the same level of proficiency. BUT if you are the perfect voice only in English or Arabic, please do apply, we will make our decision depending on the options we receive.
