To stop a membership

If you have an active paid membership, you may stop it anytime by sending a request via live chat or by email to support@mixfame.com  All requests will be processed within 24 hours of receiving it.  An email confirmation is usually sent as soon as the request is processed. 

To stop/cancel an automated renewal

If you have a premium membership, you may stop the renewal of the membership anytime, by sending a request to remove the renewal on support@mixfame.com or via our live-chat which is open weekdays from 10AM to 6PM GMT+4. 

Please note that we need up to 24hours to process requests, so we must receive the request 24hours before the renewal date/time to prevent an automated payment from happening.
