An upcoming Egyptian short film production.  This is a Senior Project for AUD students.

Genre: Drama

Location: Dubai

Dates: shooting will be around 5 days between March 9 - March 20 (please be informed that exact dates and timing will be confirmed soon)

Food and Transportation will be provided. 

We are looking for: 

Males:

  • Egyptian Male -Age 40+
  • Egyptian Male - Age 24 - 35
  • Arabic Male - age 24 -35
  • Indian Male - age 23 - 35

Females:

  • Egyptian Female - age 23 - 30
  • Arabic Female: age 23 - 30

We promise you to have an amazing experience with us. We are aiming to apply this to different film festivals !

Mga Role

Dad role (main character)

Characteristics of the character: an old man called Sabri, suffering from al zahimar and is living in an old peopl’s caring house. He is lovable, humble, and funny. His character becomes complex at some point. He loves fishing and used to be an expert at it. His journey starts by going on a roadtrip to fishing with his daughter Laila who is married to a controlling man that Sabri doesnt really like. Different things and conflicts happen &change which make the whole story flip.

Rami, is a friendly and lovable chacter. He is a family friend of the main chacters (Laila and Omar). He will be participating in one scene in the film

Omar is married to Laila( the main character). He is a controlling husband who is obsesed with his wife and wants her only for him. He is kind , but neural at the same time, he has to own whatever he loves .He has an interesting complex character

ليلى، امراة في منتصف العشرينات، متزوجة من عمر، رجل في اواخر العشرينات. تقرر ليلى قبل السفر لفترة غير محددة الى كندا امضاء اخر يوم لها مع والدها المريض بالزهايمر والذي يسكن في دار رعاية. تبدأ رحلة ليلى مع والدها وتحاول اعادة خلق ذكرايات منسية معه وفي اخر اليوم تقع في حيرة الاختيار بين والدها وبين زوجها
