Short Film Requires Passionate Egyptian Actress

We are shooting an independent short film here in the UAE, and are looking for a talented and, more importantly, passionate and dedicated actress to fill one of two main roles in the film

The film is called "When the Devil is in your Head" and is about one woman's struggle with suicidal depression and how it is construed as religious possession by the more fundamental members of her immediate family.

The role is an interesting, dynamic character that requires a wide range of deep emotion and an ability to channel dark, introspective emotions in subtle ways. The role requires an Egyptian actress between the ages of 21 and 30 and will be sure to provide an amazing platform to display your acting skills and the depth of your commitment to the art of acting.

We'll need the selected actress for two shoot days in July (confirmed dates will be shared with selected cast), and since this is an independent passion project by a group of recently graduated film students, the budget is not on the level of big-budget film and TV making, but it will be a unique experience that is sure to offer a large collection of benefits, both internal and external
