Usage:
Should an on-camera artist be featured (i.e. facially-recognisable) in the final TVC edit(s) approved for broadcast by the Client, a usage fee calculated at 200% of the day rate would be payable.
The campaign usage period would be one year (12 consecutive months) as of the first flighting date, within the South African broadcast television medium only.
No exclusivity terms apply.
