Usages 1 Year.Start Date: 1 April 2021 - no holding fees will be paid and the 45-day clause in the PAIC is void. There are two categories of usages - (1) All Media incl. Stills and (2) All Moving Media Only.

(1) All Media Incl. StillsCovers all edits/formats/versions and cut downs. Covers all film formats/variations of online digital use - commercial content, social media, GIFs, pre-rolls, etc. Unlimted Stills/Images for All Stills Media incl. Digital. The client is able to re-edit, re-use and re-purpose any footage (or any media) during the 1-year period. The buy-out is limited to this campaign.

(2) All Moving MediaCovers all edits/formats/versions and cut downs. Covers all film formats/variations of online digital use - commercial content, social media, GIFs, pre-rolls, etc.No Stills. Client able to re-edit, re-use and re-purpose any footage (or any media) during the 1-year period. The buy-out is limited to this campaign.
