  Fees & Usage:

  VALID PASSPORT NEEDED!
  
  Talent Rates - R300,000. Reflects flat rates for 20 days (for travel and shooting). Any additional days added onto the schedule will be billed at R5,000 per day.
  
  Talent payments and buyouts for 4 years for web affiliates websites, trade shows, travel agents, social media, brochures, specialized luxury travel accommodations, and travel magazines. Does NOT include tv, cinema, or billboard.
  
  Unlimited versions. Worldwide usage targeted to include USA, Canada, Europe (including the UK), and Middle East. Emerging markets such as Asia, Australia, and South America when used in travel trade related or in business to business platforms.
  
  Any additional usage after 4 years would be billed at R75,000 per year, with an increase of 10% per year, after the first extension - paid directly to the talent. Generic footage (where talent is unrecognizable) will not be subject to the buyout renewal.
  
  
  Talent Travel costs will be covered or reimbursed, including immunizations, work visas, and covid testing. (It would be highly recommended our talent have had a covid vaccine)
  
  Per Diem of R300 per day, per person
  
  .R125,000 would be paid in advance of the shoot. Remaining funds would be paid upon completion of the project.
  
  It may be necessary for the travel aspect, for talent to have a Covid vaccine. For now we will ask this question at casting so that we can track it. Whether it does become required or not, Covid tests will need to be done before and during shooting.
  BUT for anyone serious about landing the job and not wanting to miss out if it does become required, please remind talent that to receive the 2 vaccine jabs, one needs 40 days between the 1st and the 2nd, so would need to have their first this week, to be able to have the 2nd ahead of these shoot dates.
